The tradition of a mid-morning snack is maintained, served in the middle of the vineyards and replenished with a fresh ros\u00e9. The harvest continues till approximately 1pm, followed by a copious lunch with lots of\u00a0 wine and good fun. After a hearty lunch, comes the treading of the grapes, stage which requires strength of legs, done in a traditional way so that the purest of nectars is made, but mostly a lot of joy and good disposition with celebrations that continue well into the late afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Encosta dos Tuneis is blessed by its red and white grapes from various vine varieties.
